Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in HR Management, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, HR Policies, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with a diverse workforce.
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations, address grievances, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Demonstrated skills in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Ability to manage performance management processes, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance appraisals.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Oversee employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Administer performance management processes, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and performance improvement plans, to drive employee development and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support talent acquisition strategies by identifying and participating in recruitment events, building relationships with universities and professional organizations, and managing the company's employer brand.
  • Handle employee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and leave management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, career development, and employee relations issues.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to enhance HR programs and initiatives.
