Senior HR Executive [ Payroll ]

Payroll & HR Operations
  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll using SQL-based systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle statutory submissions and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws.
Recruitment
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable talent.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions and postings.
Employee Engagement & Relations
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and conduct stay/exit interviews.
Policy & Handbook Management
  • Review and update the employee handbook and HR policies in line with legislative changes and company direction.
  • Assist in drafting and communicating new policies or revisions.
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–6 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in SME environment
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems and SQL (must-have).
  • Solid understanding of local employment laws and payroll regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple HR functions effectively.
