Payroll & HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll using SQL-based systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Handle statutory submissions and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable talent.
- Maintain and update job descriptions and postings.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Assist in conflict resolution and conduct stay/exit interviews.
- Review and update the employee handbook and HR policies in line with legislative changes and company direction.
- Assist in drafting and communicating new policies or revisions.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in SME environment
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems and SQL (must-have).
- Solid understanding of local employment laws and payroll regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple HR functions effectively.
