Human Resource Executive (Mandarin)

This position requires fluency in Mandarin / Bahasa Mandarin / 华语 (speaking, writing, and typing) due to the nature of our 90% China-based client service operations. If you are not fluent in Mandarin, please DO NOT apply.
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience; fresh graduates with strong passion for HR are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll processing, and employee relations is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law, EPF, SOCSO, and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems/software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate contributions to EPF, SOCSO, and EIS in compliance with local regulations.
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and insurance matters.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and procedures.
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting counseling, and resolving conflicts where needed.
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Ensure the company complies with all relevant labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR-related reports and support management in strategic HR planning.
