  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience; fresh graduates with strong passion for HR are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in recruitment, payroll processing, and employee relations is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law, EPF, SOCSO, and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems/software.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource (HR) Executive to join our fast-growing company. As we currently do not have an established HR department, we are looking for someone who is independent, proactive, and capable of setting up HR policies, systems, and procedures from the ground up.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build and lead the HR function within a dynamic and expanding organization.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate contributions to EPF, SOCSO, and EIS in compliance with local regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave management, and insurance matters.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting counseling, and resolving conflicts where needed.
  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
  • Ensure the company complies with all relevant labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and support management in strategic HR planning.
