Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in a senior or consulting role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Proven experience in employee relations and performance management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with integrity
- Familiarity with HRIS and data analytics tools
- Provide strategic HR advisory to management on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent management
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Oversee performance management processes, including KPI setting and appraisal systems
- Support compensation and benefits planning, including salary benchmarking and structure design
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Analyze HR data and provide insights for decision-making
- Lead HR projects such as organizational restructuring, culture transformation, and process improvements
- Mentor and guide junior HR team members
