Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in a senior or consulting role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Proven experience in employee relations and performance management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with integrity
  • Familiarity with HRIS and data analytics tools
  • Provide strategic HR advisory to management on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent management
  • Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Oversee performance management processes, including KPI setting and appraisal systems
  • Support compensation and benefits planning, including salary benchmarking and structure design
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Analyze HR data and provide insights for decision-making
  • Lead HR projects such as organizational restructuring, culture transformation, and process improvements
  • Mentor and guide junior HR team members
