Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role covering the full HR spectrum.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company’s goals and growth.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training and career development.
- Oversee performance management and appraisal systems to ensure fair and effective evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Facilitate and/or conduct any in-house training, external training providers, and on-the-job training.
- Monitor HR metrics and reports to support strategic workforce planning and operational efficiency.
- Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and terminations, in a professional and legally compliant manner.
- Develop tools and processes to enhance employee productivity and overall organizational performance.
- Paticipate in Bank Audit, ISO9001 & ISMS Audit
- Familiar in Foreign worker Permit, Renewal and Exit Memo process.
- To complete any other tasks assigned by Executive Director / Top Management
