HR Executive

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role or similar position.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices and principles including Labour law and IR practices
- Problem Solver, pro-active and sufficient experience in managing employee relation management.
- Manage recruitment processes to bring in suitable candidates
- Design and implement effective employee engagement initiatives includes employee relations management to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure payroll processes and statutory contribution is timeliness and develop and maintain Company polices and implementation.
- Plan and execute annual training programs for employee development.
- Attend to variety of ad-hoc HR tasks as they required by Management
- Provide support employee relations and management.
