Job Summary
The Senior HR Executive plays a critical role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent while ensuring a high level of employee engagement and HR compliance. This role is heavily focused on recruitment, with additional responsibilities in talent management, employee engagement, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (50%)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies, including job portals, headhunting, networking, and social media recruitment.
- Maintain an active talent pipeline to fulfill hiring needs efficiently.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics and recommend improvements for hiring strategies
- Talent Management & Development (20%)
- Support the implementation of performance management processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Assist in identifying high-potential employees and creating development plans.
- Facilitate training and development programs, working with HRDF-claimable training providers.
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assist in career development initiatives, succession planning, and internal mobility programs.
- Employee Engagement & Employer Branding (10%)
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and support action planning.
- Organize recognition programs and internal communication initiatives.
- Work with Marketing to enhance employer branding efforts through social media and career fairs.
- HR Compliance & Policy Implementation (20%)
- Ensure HR policies, employment laws, and company regulations are adhered to.
- Assist in audits, employee relations matters, and workplace investigations when necessary.
- Support in handling disciplinary cases, grievances, and dispute resolutions.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, contracts, and records in compliance with legal standards.
- Keep up-to-date with labor laws and advise on necessary HR policy updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment, talent management, and HR compliance.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
- Experience in performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement programs.
- Understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HR systems, Microsoft Office, and recruitment platforms.
