Job Description
The duties and responsibilities of a Purchasing Officer include:
- Evaluating vendors, comparing their products, prices, and services
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure the best terms
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.
- Researching and identifying prospective suppliers
- Implementing and enforcing company procurement policies and procedures
- Reviewing quality of purchased products and resolving any discrepancies
- Working with team members to complete duties as needed
The duties and responsibilities of a HR Executive include:
- Manage payroll, staff records, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Handle HR-related tasks including recruitment, staff onboarding, leave management & employee welfare.
- Administer and manage foreign worker permits and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Support ad-hoc finance and HR administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in HR and related courses.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
