about the role
They are currently looking for a HR Executive to join the HR department. You will be overseeing the full spectrum of hr functions in the company:
- Monitor, maintain and update HR database and employee personal files
- Manage the preparation and processing of payroll data accurately with timely submission
- Assist in administration of the performance appraisal, bonus and salary review exercise
- Liaise with recruitment partners to fulfil Group’s recruitment needs
- Assist in providing sound HR advice and recommendations to management and employees
about the manager/team
Reporting to the CEO, you will be an individual contributor for the role.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of relevant experience. You have strong time management skills, personal efficiency, strong communication and problem solving skills. Is that you?
