Candidate must possess a good bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Possess minimum six (6) years of working experience in HR Development, training and recruitment, compensation & benefits, industrial relations etc. Preferably candidates with minimum three (3) years managerial experience.
- Possess good understanding of manufacturing-based business operation.
- Acquired understanding of employment laws and ability to apply them effectively to resolve problems and to optimally serve the Company interest.
- Possess strong leadership skills, communication and relationship building skills.
- Computer literate and well versed with Microsoft applications.
- Must be willing to work in our new factory in Shah Alam (Section 23).
- Responsible for the full spectrum of human resources function which include manpower planning, compensation and benefit, payroll administration, employee and industrial relations and general administration.
- Lead the HR team to ensure smooth and accurate delivery of related functions e.g. recruitment, performance management, training and development, industrial relations, employee relations and new employee orientation.
- Develops, recommends and implements policies and procedures, prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures; performs benefits administration.
- Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations and employee relations.
- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
- Handle all level of counselling, employee dispute, disciplinary actions including Domestic Inquiry and labor relations.
- Experience with all foreign workers matters (Handle workers’ welfare and discipline problem, work permit and recruiting procedures).
- Familiar with expatriates permit and related matters.
- Familiar with safety and environmental rules and regulations, ISO9001 & ISO14001.
