Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administrative functions.
  • Proven track record in managing recruitment, employee relations, and office operations.
  • Experience with HRMS/payroll systems and labor law compliance.
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
  • Conflict resolution and employee engagement capabilities.
HR Strategy & Management
  • Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives to drive organizational development and talent management.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and optimize selection procedures to meet business needs.
  • Establish performance evaluation systems and employee development programs to enhance team capabilities and retention.
  • Manage employee relations, resolve labour disputes, and ensure compliance with labour laws and compensation regulations.
  • Maintain HR metrics (turnover rate, engagement, etc.) and provide regular analytical reports to management.-Administration & Operations
  • Manage daily office operations (procurement, equipment maintenance, vendor management, etc.).
  • Maintain company records, contracts, and document management systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Liaise with government agencies (e.g. MIDA [Malaysian Investment Development Authority]) for compliance matters.
  • Assist in developing administrative policies and optimizing operational processes.-Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Serve as communication hub for internal meetings, documentation, and presentations (in English and Mandarin).
  • Support headquarters or ad-hoc projects (e.g. new factory setup, government audits).
