What you will be doing:
- Support daily HR operations, including employee records management and HR administration
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Maintain and organize HR documents such as contracts, letters, and internal records
- Coordinate internal communications and employee-related matters
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal activities
- Handle general HR inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team
- Assist with reporting, data tracking, and maintaining HR databases
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources, recruitment, and people management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Able to commit to an internship based in Puchong.
