Internship Human Resources Intern

Job Summary

The Human Resource Intern will support the HR team in various administrative and operational functions. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and exposure to overall HR practices.

Location: Seputeh, KL

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination)
• Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
• Prepare HR-related documents such as letters, reports, and presentations
• Support payroll and attendance tracking (if applicable)
• Handle general HR administrative tasks and filing
• Assist in HR projects and process improvements
• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Strong interest in HR and people-related functions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Prior internship or exposure to HR functions
• Familiarity with HR systems or recruitment platforms
