  • Process accurate payroll and ensure timely salary & statutory payments
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and government regulations
  • Manage EPF, SOCSO, and LHDN inquiries
  • Full-cycle recruitment & on-boarding
  • Handle employee changes: confirmation, resignation, promotion
  • Maintain P-Files, HRIS reports, leave & attendance tracking
  • Compile TNA, manage HRD Corp account, and track training data
  • Post job ads, schedule interviews, and support engagement activities
about the requirement
  • Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin, or equivalent
  • 3–5 years HR experience, including payroll and recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of statutory and tax requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; detail-oriented and good with numbers
  • Excellent communication in English (written & spoken)
  • Experience with HR budgets and government portals
  • Independent, confidential, and team-focused mindset
  • Industrial Relations and health care experience are added advantages
