Salary RM 1,700 to RM 2,500 per month
Job Responsibility
- Recognizing the manpower needs and taking them to the HR manager for approval
- Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms
- Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules
- Managing and handling the orientation of new employees
- Assessing the training needs and coordinating the training and development programs for employees
- Managing the employees’ data of each department
- Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department.
- Attend to immigration for foreign worker /expatriate permit inclusive of cancellation, renewal and others endorsement
- Attend to government department for any related issue such as stamping complain abscond issue or other statutory as per request
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees
- Responsible for all payroll functions to ensure employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner.
- To assist in managing employees’ attendance issues, performance, disciplinary issues and other HR related issues.
- To monitor the staff attendance and leave application (medical and annual leave, etc.)
- To keep all records of human resource management such as promotions, transfers and terminations in P-file (hard copy) as well as HR server (soft copy).
- To conduct hostel inspections from time to time to ensure they meet company’s rules & regulations.
- Other tasks as and when assigned by superior
- Handling of HR departments its related duties.
- Handling of foreign workers permit application and renewal of foreign workers passports.
