Job Description
Job Responsibility
  1. Recognizing the manpower needs and taking them to the HR manager for approval
  2. Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms
  3. Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules
Assisting the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates
  1. Managing and handling the orientation of new employees
  2. Assessing the training needs and coordinating the training and development programs for employees
  3. Managing the employees’ data of each department
  4. Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department.
  5. Attend to immigration for foreign worker /expatriate permit inclusive of cancellation, renewal and others endorsement
  6. Attend to government department for any related issue such as stamping complain abscond issue or other statutory as per request
  7. Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees
  8. Responsible for all payroll functions to ensure employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner.
  9. To assist in managing employees’ attendance issues, performance, disciplinary issues and other HR related issues.
  10. To monitor the staff attendance and leave application (medical and annual leave, etc.)
  11. To keep all records of human resource management such as promotions, transfers and terminations in P-file (hard copy) as well as HR server (soft copy).
  12. To conduct hostel inspections from time to time to ensure they meet company’s rules & regulations.
  13. Other tasks as and when assigned by superior
  14. Handling of HR departments its related duties.
  15. Handling of foreign workers permit application and renewal of foreign workers passports.
