HR Executive

Certificate / Diploma / Degree in HR Management

• At least 2 years of related working experience in a related field
• Experience in monthly payroll processing
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office Applications & Payroll System HR2000
• Strong numerical skills
• Required languages: Mandarin & English (both written & spoken).
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Able to work at Kuala Lumpur
• Possess own transportation
• Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the human resources
• Process payroll using Quick Pay System and ensure timely payroll completion
• Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file and payroll system
• Checking overtime claim and allowances
• Prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report
• Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso and Income Tax
• Handling employees' Socso claims. Preparing related documents for Socso claim & report form to labor department
