Human Resources Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Main Responsibilities:

  • To handle full cycle recruitment process including onboarding process.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
  • Communicate proactively and in a timely manner with candidates, providing details on the selection process and Hiring Leader feedback
  • Partnering with hiring managers and team to identify and understand key requirements, then build a comprehensive recruiting strategy.
  • Extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and have sharp business acumen, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers
  • Assist to complete onboarding and offboarding procedure.
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices. Draft company forms, enforce and coordinates all company’s human resources activities.
  • Ensures that processes and procedures are following company policies and regulations.
  • Administer and manage employee performance, events and benefits programs, including health insurance, employee rewards, festival celebration, office decoration and other perks.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from your Management.

Main Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree or relevant qualifications in any field.
  • Have at least 1 year experience in Recruitment or in any relevant field.
  • Basic understanding with all relevant job portal including Linkedin, Hiredly, Indeed etc.
  • Able to communicate verbally & writing in English and Malay fluently. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Discretion with personal and confidential information.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Q Sentral.
  • Applicants must be able to comply with the job at least 2 years based on the business nature of the company.
