Human Resources Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Main Responsibilities:
- To handle full cycle recruitment process including onboarding process.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
- Communicate proactively and in a timely manner with candidates, providing details on the selection process and Hiring Leader feedback
- Partnering with hiring managers and team to identify and understand key requirements, then build a comprehensive recruiting strategy.
- Extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and have sharp business acumen, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers
- Assist to complete onboarding and offboarding procedure.
- Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices. Draft company forms, enforce and coordinates all company’s human resources activities.
- Ensures that processes and procedures are following company policies and regulations.
- Administer and manage employee performance, events and benefits programs, including health insurance, employee rewards, festival celebration, office decoration and other perks.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from your Management.
Main Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree or relevant qualifications in any field.
- Have at least 1 year experience in Recruitment or in any relevant field.
- Basic understanding with all relevant job portal including Linkedin, Hiredly, Indeed etc.
- Able to communicate verbally & writing in English and Malay fluently. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Exemplary planning and time management skills.
- Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Discretion with personal and confidential information.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Q Sentral.
