Recruitment Specialist (HR & Employee Relations)

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3–5 years of HR experience, including employee relations and disciplinary handling
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven experience in handling misconduct cases and HR documentation
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Collaborate with hiring managers on manpower planning and staffing needs
- Prepare job offers and coordinate onboarding activities
- Employee Relations & Discipline
- Handle employee disciplinary matters, including misconduct, absenteeism, and performance issues
- Draft and issue HR documentation such as warning letters and show cause letters
- Ensure all actions comply with the Employment Act 1955 and other relevant Malaysian labour laws
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for all cases
- General HR Functions
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain employee records and HR systems
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
