Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee records, scheduling interviews, and preparing HR-related documents.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment and timely processing of claims.
  • Support the HR team in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and employee understanding.
  • Maintain organized and confidential filing systems for all HR documentation, adhering to data privacy regulations.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create reports, presentations, and manage correspondence.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and a proactive approach to handling diverse HR tasks and supporting employee relations initiatives.
  • Ensure all HR documentation and processes comply with relevant Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to interact with a diverse employee base at QF Group.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee records, updating HR databases, and maintaining filing systems in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, leave requests, and other statutory benefits, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures to employees, addressing basic inquiries and escalating complex issues to senior HR staff.
  • Help coordinate employee relations activities, onboarding processes for new hires, and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and HR-related documentation, adhering to strict data privacy standards.
  • Assist with HR compliance tasks, including gathering necessary documentation for audits and ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite extensively for daily tasks, including creating reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and a proactive approach to supporting various HR functions in a dynamic, 500-employee organization.
