  • 1–3 years of working experience in an HR-related role (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered).
  • Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
HR Executive / HR Officer
  • Role: Handles day-to-day HR tasks and employee relations.
  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records
  • Process monthly payroll with data entry and system update
  • Handle EPF, Socso, EIS and PCB submission
  • Coordinate training and development
  • Handle employee grievances and basic disciplinary actions
HR Assistant / HR Admin
  • Role: Provides clerical and administrative support to the HR team.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and file employee documents
  • Schedule interviews and training
  • Prepare HR letters (confirmation, increment, warning, etc.)
