We are looking for a Human Resource Assistant/ Human Resource Supervisor to join our dynamic team in line with our group expansion plan. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals and social media
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews
  • Prepare interview documents and coordinate with candidates
  • Support onboarding process (prepare offer letters, collect documents, orientation)
  1. Employee Records Management
  • Maintain and update employee personal files (hardcopy & digital)
  • Ensure accuracy of HR database and filing system
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and overtime
  1. Payroll & Benefits Support
  • Assist in payroll preparation (attendance, claims, allowances)
  • Handle employee benefits administration (leave, insurance, claims)
  • Coordinate with finance or payroll system when needed
  1. HR Administration
  • Prepare HR letters (confirmation, warning, promotion, resignation acceptance)
  • Assist in drafting HR policies and memos
  • Handle general HR documentation and reports
  1. Employee Relations
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Support disciplinary processes and documentation
  • Assist in organizing staff activities and engagement programs

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Preferably 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., payroll or HR software)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
