- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
- Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative and/or HR role.
- Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
