- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal staff in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Support basic accounting functions, such as bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
- Preparation and management of test reports for work completed by technicians and engineers.
- Preparation and management of test equipment and materials for technicians and engineers.
