- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in HR or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Good command in English, Malay and Mandarin. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.

- Maintain employment-related documentation, attendance, leave tracking, and ensure proper documentation.
- Support compensation and benefits administration, including OT verification and HR systems.
- Manage employer branding through social media and job portals.
