Requirements / Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)
  • Strong interviewing and stakeholder management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
  • Experience hiring for retail / frontline / corporate roles (if applicable)
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and hiring practices
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment and reporting
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding, and exit interviews.
  • Manage HR systems, employee records, and ensure data accuracy and statutory compliance.
  • Prepare and manage employment documentation such as contracts, appointment, promotion, transfer, disciplinary, and termination letters.
  • Administer company insurance, licenses, and medical/dental insurance claims.
  • Handle employee relations issues including grievances, counselling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate training, induction programmes, and training requirements.
  • Plan and support staff welfare and recreational activities.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
