  • Manage Office Operations, handle correspondence, and maintain records
  • Accurately input date, organize file, and ensure a well-organized workspace
  • Maintain Office Supplies, equipment
  • Assist in others administrative tasks
  • Responsible on daily task such as bill Invoice to customer, Purchase Invoice, Credit Note and others
  • Manage Phone calls and Correspondence (Email,letter)
  • Arrange and Keep Stock of office Suppliers
  • Maintain proper book keeping record, filing and key in date into accounting system
  • Payment Knock Off and preparing monthly customer aging statement
  • Handling Lalamove order
  • Any other duties in related to admin jobs
  • Overtime Pay
