Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Corporate Administration / related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided)
- Knowledge of company secretarial practices and SSM requirements is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
- Able to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the company secretarial department
- Assist in preparing resolutions, minutes, statutory forms, and other corporate documents
- Maintain and update statutory records and registers
- Liaise with clients, SSM, LHDN, and other regulatory bodies
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and general office admin tasks
- Organise meetings and appointments, maintain filing systems and databases
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
