Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Corporate Administration / related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided)
  • Knowledge of company secretarial practices and SSM requirements is an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
  • Able to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the company secretarial department
  • Assist in preparing resolutions, minutes, statutory forms, and other corporate documents
  • Maintain and update statutory records and registers
  • Liaise with clients, SSM, LHDN, and other regulatory bodies
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and general office admin tasks
  • Organise meetings and appointments, maintain filing systems and databases
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
