Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information about our transportation and logistics services.
- Assist customers with booking, tracking, and resolving issues related to their shipments, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and organized customer records, updating information as needed in the company's system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including dispatch and operations, to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services.
- Process customer feedback and complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while demonstrating excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Utilize basic computer skills to navigate company software, manage data, and generate simple reports.
- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Possess willingness to learn and grow within the transportation and logistics industry.

- Process customer orders, ensuring all details are captured correctly and entered into the company's system.
- Track shipments and provide updates to customers on the status of their deliveries, proactively addressing any potential delays or issues.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy, working towards satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and logging all interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as dispatch and operations, to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
