Customer Service Representative（中）【apr & May】

About Us：

We’re hiring Mandarin Customer Service Specialists. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone and system support.

• Must be a Malaysian citizen
• SPM or equivalent education and above
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of customer service experience are welcome (training will be provided)
• Proficient in Traditional Mandarin and English
• Strong communication skills and service mindset
• Able to work night shifts and rotational schedules
• Available to start in April or May
• Able to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours & Salary:

• 5 working days per week, 2 days off on weekends
• 24/7 rotating shift schedule
• Work location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

Salary & Benefits:

• Base salary: RM4,000
• Additional monthly KPI allowances and other allowances
• Final salary will be determined based on interview performance, education, and work experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and inquiries, providing professional solutions and support
• Offer accurate solutions based on customer needs and follow up until issues are resolved
• Record customer information, communication details, and outcomes, updating the system in a timely manner
• Ensure all customer interactions comply with company service standards and procedures
