Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Languages: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin speaking is an advantage).
- 1 - 2 years experience in Marketing/Design/Digital Marketing/E-Commerce is preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel & Social Media Management.
- Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, photo & video editing experience is an added advantage.
- Own transport and willing to travel.
- Skills required: Social Media Management, Photo Editing and Video Shooting.
Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Support- Assist in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Assist create content ideas, captions, and basic visuals/videos
- Schedule posts and monitor engagement (likes, comments, messages)
- Assist in photo/video shooting for products, events, or campaigns
- Edit basic images or videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, etc.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns or promotions
- Assist prepare marketing materials (posters, banners, digital ads)
- Support event marketing (roadshows, exhibitions, online campaigns)
- Conduct basic market research on competitors and trends
- Collect and organize customer feedback or survey data
- Assist in preparing simple marketing reports
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms
- Monitor and process daily orders (including airway bills)
- Coordinate with warehouse for packing and delivery
- Respond to customer inquiries and handle issues
- Assist in stock updates and inventory coordination
- Assist in updating marketing calendars and content schedules
- Coordinate with design, sales, or operations teams when needed
- Support day-to-day marketing administrative tasks
