Marketing Coordinator

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline
• Preferably 2 years of experience in administration or finance; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Strong process orientation with the ability to learn and adapt to new workflows quickly
• High attention to detail with confidence in managing numbers, data, and documentation
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups
• Self-driven, highly motivated, and consumer-centric mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with ERP systems such as Oracle is an advantage
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools, platforms, or technologies is a plus

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be a key support to the marketing team, ensuring effective administration, budget tracking, and coordination with internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end marketing administration activities, including purchase requisitions, purchase order issuance, payment processing, and monthly accruals
• Tracking, maintaining, and reporting marketing budgets and spend accuracy
• Acting as a liaison between marketing, finance, accounts payable, financial planning and analysis, and procurement teams
• Supporting budgeting and forecast planning by compiling spend reports and flagging over- or under-utilization of budgets
• Guiding the marketing team on finance and procurement processes to ensure compliance with policies and controls
• Providing advance planning support, reminders, and process advice to maintain operational alignment
• Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and enhance operational efficiency
