JOB PURPOSE
- To manage inbound calls and outbound calls by providing optimum service to customers.
- To resolve customer service enquiries and issues promptly, ensure effective and timely follow up.
- To maintain and ensure customers’ records are updated into customer database accurately.
- To fulfil all call work assigned by Supervisor on a daily basis.
- To attend and manage all inbound calls/emails and any other channels from donors and/or Charities.
- To ensure details are entered in the system are correct and accurate at all times.
- To ensure each call, inbound and outbound is handled professionally and courteously.
- Good communication skills over the phone with good command of English.
- Able to read and speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Computer literacy is essential, especially in MS Word and Excel.
- Mature, resourceful, tactful and diplomatic with excellent listening skills.
- Self-motivated individuals with integrity, drive to achieve targets and possess good organizational skills.
