Internship Customer Service Executive & Merchant Support

  • Assist in calling up customers for service / sales interactions;
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell products/services.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services to meet their requirements.
  • Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally and confidently.
  • To handling incoming calls, dealing with email inquiries and customer service.
  • Handling of any ad hoc task as necessary.
  • Backend support for operation team such as all related application submission, delivery time etc. Make sure all operation task in smoothly.
  • To assist the management team to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of products or services to provide accurate information and support.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
  • Assist in preparing customer service reports and suggesting process improvements.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Candidate must possess at least a higher secondary and fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Fresh graduates encourage to apply and with experience at least 1 year
  • Good interpersonal skills, confident and multitasking.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken in English will be added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint).
