Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication or equivalent.
- Candidates must be at least two (2) years and above working experience in the related field
- Able to work immediately will be added advantage.

- Strong communication and writing skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
- Good team player and ability to work independently.
- Good customer servicing skillset.
- Prior work experience in event and exhibition industry.
- Responsible in servicing or maintaining existing client accounts and establishing new clients accounts.
- Responsible in all aspect of an event from conceptualize to event production, includes brainstorming, planning, pitching and executing with multi department supports.
- Communicating, maintaining and developing good client relationships.
- Establish new brand partner that help enable and enhance the event execution result.
- Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Serve as liaison with vendors / stakeholders on event-related matters.
- Able to contribute in planning, practice effectiveness in communication both internally within the company and externally with all other parties.
- Constantly propose new ideas to improve the online / on ground marketing event or activation planning and implementation process.
- Prepare Event proposal in power point format to share to clients.
- Conduct research, make client site visits, and find new idea resources related to the event.
- Prepare sales report and sales forecast for monthly, quarterly & yearly planning.
