Customer Service Representative (Mandarin-Speaking)

Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) and English – Mandarin is a must.
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Patient, friendly, and able to work under pressure.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Mandarin and English.
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and resolving delivery issues.
- Provide product information and support to Mandarin and English-speaking customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in resolving complaints and escalating issues when necessary
