- Daily processing of emails, chats and calls within defined SLAs
- Provide customer support to both English and Chinese speaking markets
- Complaints Resolution
- Maintain quality and standards within customer service team
- Excellent English and Chinese Communication skills, because this role will be supporting English and Chinese speaking markets.
- Previous work experience in a customer service related role / call center
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
