Quantity Surveyor
Educational BackgroundPossess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience & SkillsMinimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the painting and waterproofing industry. Proficiency in cost estimation, contract management, and familiarity with industry-standard software.
Communication & TeamworkStrong communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Cost Estimation & BudgetingPrepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for painting and waterproofing projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project specifications.
Tender & Contract ManagementDevelop and manage tender documents, evaluate subcontractor bids, and oversee contract administration to ensure compliance with company standards and project timelines.
Project Financial OversightMonitor project expenditures, conduct cost analyses, and provide regular financial reports to ensure projects are completed within budget and financial targets are met.- Competitive salary and benefits package
