Are you a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with a passion for interior design and fit-out projects? We’re looking for an experienced professional to join our team and take charge of cost estimation, project budgeting, and contract administration.

JOBSCOPE- Monitor variation orders and assess work progress.
- Ensure cost efficiency and savings for all projects.
- Negotiate with clients, contractors, and vendors to secure the best deals.
- Conduct measurements and quantity take-offs.
- Attend site meetings and collaborate with project teams.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, variations, progress claims, and tenders for assigned projects.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction Management.✔️ At least 5 years of experience in interior fit-out or interior design firms.
✔️ Proficiency in pre & post-contract administration.
✔️ Strong skills in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
