Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience or internship in quantity surveying, preferably within the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to perform detailed calculations accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for quantity take-offs and cost estimation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards governing construction and interior design projects.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all work.
- Wiling to work on Saturday (Half day)
- Assist PIC in preparing cost estimates and budgets for interior design projects.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from design drawings to determine material quantities required for projects.
- Prepare bills and final accounts
- Analyze quotations and proposals from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project requirements and budget constraints.
- Monitor project costs and expenditures, identifying any variances from the budget and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project costs are managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Keep accurate records of all cost-related documents, including invoices, contracts, and change orders.
- Assist in the preparation of progress reports and financial forecasts for ongoing projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, pricing, and regulations related to interior design materials and construction methods.
- Collaborate with marketing on creating content or videos for marketing purposes
