Job Description
Quantity Surveyor :JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Preparation of tender requirement, , Valuation and review of Sub Contractor claim
- Attend and communicate with the consultant or site meeting with work and contract issue
- Budget control and price negotiation on project
- Any other job task as assigned from time to time
- To liaise with office team for costing matter.
Monday - Friday ： 8.30am - 5.30pm
Saturday : 8.30am - 1.00pm
