- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and that they are satisfied with the service they received.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service standards.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
