- Ability to work full time and commit to the responsibilities of a Customer Service Executive.
- Provide exceptional customer service to Mandarin-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking customers, ensuring clear and effective communication in their native language.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints and technical issues, escalating complex cases to senior team members as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.
- Actively listen to customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve products, services, and customer experience.
- Translate documents and communications between Mandarin and English to facilitate seamless communication within the organization and with customers.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and Mandarin language proficiency.
