- Exhibit proficiency in managing and executing social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Communicate fluently and professionally in both English and Mandarin to effectively engage with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
- Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with 21Group's social media marketing focus, contributing to the growth and engagement of our creator community.
- Create compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to established content pillars, while also adapting content to suit different target audiences.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive brand image.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies and content creation.
- Collaborate with the content training team to develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns that effectively communicate the value proposition of 21Group's training programs to potential clients.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI, while also identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
- Support the development and execution of paid social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, ad copywriting, and budget management, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
