Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing or a related field
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, with a focus on brand management and market analysis.
- Experience in content creation, social media marketing, and campaign management to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve online visibility and organic traffic.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and strategies to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to the fast-paced digital marketing landscape, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and structured mindset — you love data and clarity.
- Proven track record in community-building and customer engagement (especially within niche communities like pets is a big plus)
- Self-starter who is creative, independent, and detail-oriented

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement for PetMedic and other brands under Furdoc Healthcare.
- Manage and optimize social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analyzing performance metrics to improve reach and engagement.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage in the pet healthcare market.
- Create compelling and informative content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, articles, website copy, and email newsletters, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and SEO best practices.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, and email, to achieve specific marketing objectives and maximize ROI.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the company website, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Analyze data from various sources (Google Analytics, social media insights, email marketing platforms) to track campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, email design, A/B testing, and performance tracking, to nurture leads and drive conversions.
