- English language proficiency in comprehension and speaking to handle inbound calls from Australia, and New Zealand
- 1 year working experience in call center environment
- Able to work independently
- Good Attitude and team spirit
- Good Communication skills, Problem-solving and Attention to Details.
Respond to customers and partners about:
- Company’s products and service
- Inquiries about pricing
- Feedback and complaints
- Salary up to RM3,500
- Not required to sell
- EPF, SOCSO and EIS provided
- 12 Annual Leave days, 14 Sick leave days

- 5 days work week, 2 days off
- 9 hrs work daily with 1 hour meal break
- 24/7 Rotating Shift
