Key Account Manager

The Account Manager in KOLHUB is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring successful influencer marketing campaigns, and driving business growth. Their main job responsibilities include:
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Understand client needs, campaign objectives, and brand expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Campaign Planning & Execution
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with client goals.
- Collaborate with the influencer team to select suitable KOLs.
- Oversee campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and performance.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights.
- Provide regular reports and actionable recommendations to clients.
- Optimize campaigns to improve engagement, ROI, and effectiveness.
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, content, and influencer management).
- Ensure smooth execution of deliverables across departments.
- Communicate client feedback to improve service offerings.
- Business Growth & Upselling
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services.
- Assist in client renewals and contract negotiations.
- Contribute to business growth by maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years experience in account management, digital marketing, or similar
- Good communication and client management skills
- Familiar with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu)
- Able to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
- Data-driven mindset with basic understanding of campaign performance
- Responsible, proactive, and a good team player
- Experience working with influencers / KOLs
- Familiar with TikTok Shop or social commerce
