Key Account Executive (FMCG)

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG industry
- Candidates with 1–2 years of FMCG sales experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willing to travel locally and overseas
- Manage and develop key accounts within the FMCG industry, focusing on long-term partnerships and sales growth
- Manage and expand a portfolio of key accounts across Modern Trade channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account buyers and business partners
- Act as the main liaison between key account buyers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with finance, sales, logistics, marketing, and other cross-functional teams
- Develop and implement account plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue and budget targets
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews
- Plan and execute planograms to enhance brand visibility and product awareness
- Provide direction to sales team members and ensure execution aligns with strategic plans
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Conduct market visits (local and outstation) to monitor execution and gather feedback
