Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 ~ 5 years’ HR experience in a senior capacity (experience in creative/ID industry is a bonus).
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Independent, decisive, and approachable, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability in recruitment, cultural alignment, and HR policy development.
- Sound knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR digital tools.
- This role functions as part of a shared HR service supporting all entities within the company group. The successful candidate may also be involved in future business expansions, including HR support for new operational setups.
- Please note that the company will be relocating to a new office in Bangi within the next 1–2 years, and the candidate should be open to this change in work location.
- Align HR strategies with the company’s vision, values, and goals.
- Lead workforce planning, talent mapping, and organizational development.
- Guide KPI framework development that aligns with business objectives, while supporting managers in implementation across teams.
- Drive consistent and transparent performance appraisal processes.
- Facilitate feedback culture and growth-focused conversations.
- Provide frameworks for employee development, while empowering department heads to lead tailored growth initiatives.
- Oversee employee benefits and statutory compliance (payroll managed by Finance).
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with legal standards.
