  • Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth operations
  • Handle calls, emails, and correspondence; respond to queries professionally
  • Maintain an efficient filing and documentation system (physical & digital)
  • Organize workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Support management and assist in administrative coordination across departments
  • Handle general admin tasks such as filing, mailing, and coordination
  • Monitor employee / foreign worker attendance and leave records
  • Handle foreign worker administration (work permit, passport, insurance, FOMEMA)
  • Liaise with authorities (JIM, JTK, PERKESO, etc.) when required
  • Handle renewal of Work Permit, Passport, Insurance and FOMEMA.
  • Support payroll preparation (attendance, OT, leave verification)
  • Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies.
  • Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.
  • Any ad-hock/ assignments from top management.
