- Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field will be an added advantage
- Able to speak, read, and write Mandarin, English, and Malay
- Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers
- Sales-oriented with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable managing customer interactions across social media, website, marketplace platforms, and offline channels
- Strong problem-solving skills with patience and empathy when dealing with customers
- Positive attitude, proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willing to work on a rotation or shift basis depending on operational needs
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Respond to customer calls, messages, and live chats across social media and e-commerce platforms
- Manage and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, as well as retail partners
- Proactively engage customers, follow up on inquiries, and convert opportunities into sales
- Coordinate and monitor assigned projects to ensure activities and deadlines are achieved
- Oversee daily operations of online marketplaces and the company website
- Set up, monitor, and optimize automated bot responses to improve customer interaction
- Train and fine-tune the AI chatbot regularly to ensure consistent performance
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Perform ad-hoc tasks or other duties assigned by management when require
